At NoraLouise, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your item under the following guidelines:


Return Eligibility

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, in original condition, and include all seals, packaging, and safety stickers.

  • We prefer to issue store credit, helping to support more sustainable shopping and reduce unnecessary shipping.

  • However, it is always possible to receive a refund to your original payment method upon request.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tested

  • Returns requested after 30 days

  • Items purchased using store credit


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@loavaa.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with approval and return instructions.

  3. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your store credit or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Tip: Always return your package with a track & trace code, as the customer is responsible for the return shipment.


Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

Please reach out to us at support@loavaa.com within 5 days of delivery if your item is damaged or incorrect. If available, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
