We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your order. We want to make the return process as smooth as possible for you.

Return Policy

• You may return your order within 30 days of receipt.

• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Our warehouse is located in Asia, so be aware of possible shipping costs. Return shipping costs usually range between $20 and $40.

• We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returned packages.

Follow these 3 simple steps to return your product:

Step 1: Contact us
Send an email to support@loavaa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Send your package
Once you have received instructions from us, you can return the items to the address we provide.
Make sure to use a shipping method with Track & Trace. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment, so we strongly recommend a traceable option.

Step 3: Receive your refund
As soon as we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund within 14 business days to your bank account.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may sometimes change your mind about a purchase. However, please note that cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.

Important Notes

• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, with all labels and tags attached.

• The product must not show any signs of use.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the items have been used or damaged beyond our control.

• All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia and are at the customer’s expense.

• If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The exact costs depend on the courier company you choose.
